G-G reserves the right, at any time in our sole discretion, to: modify, suspend or discontinue the Website or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Website, with or without notice; modify and/or waive any fees charged in connection with the Website; and/or offer opportunities to some or all users of the Website. You agree that G-G shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Website, or any service, content, feature or product offered through the Website.

Occasionally there may be information on our Website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. G-G reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

G-G reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. G-G may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event G-G makes a change to or cancels an order, G-G will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. G-G has made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on the Website. G-G cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

All shirts are screen printed by hand. As a result of this technique there could be slight variations in the print from one shirt to the next. G-G cannot guarantee that the shirt you receive will be exactly identical to the shirt shown.

The Website may contain links to other websites that are not under the control of G-G. G-G has no responsibility for the linked websites, nor does linking constitute an endorsement of any linked website. Links are provided solely for the convenience and information of G-G's users.

If you elect to provide your email address to G-G, you do so freely and voluntarily, and you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Use as compiled here.

G-G will not sell email addresses to any third party that are compiled from any method of submission to this Website. G-G will occasionally send periodic newsletters, which may be of interest to you concerning upcoming events, merchandise releases, sales, etc.

Any and all work submitted must not contain adult content. G-G reserves the right to edit the Work submitted to meet submission guidelines.

You give all rights and permissions to copyright and/or use, publish and reuse and republish said Work in which you may appear normal or distorted in character or form, representing your name or a fictitious name through any media and for any exhibition, publication or advertising purpose; to edit or modify the Work from the originally supplied format, style or content; and to edit or modify the Work to meet length, format or content requirements. You further attest to give G-G, its representatives, employees or any other persons or corporations, acting under the permission of G-G, including any firm publishing or distributing of the final product, to use your Work for whatever purpose.

You agree to waive any and all compensation claims as a result of this Work submission to G-G.

Your use of the Website grants no rights to you in relation to copyright, trade marks, service marks, artwork, photographs, text, images, audio, video and/or other of G-G's intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of third parties. You may not, without limitation, copy, reproduce, republish, download, post, broadcast, record, transmit, commercially exploit, communicate to the public, or otherwise use the content included in or provided via the Website except for your own personal, non-commercial use. G-G will enforce its intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law.

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold G-G Amalgamated, LLP harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Website and/or your breach of any representation, warranty, or other provision of this Agreement.

You and G-G agree to the following dispute resolution procedure: In the event of any controversy, claim, action or dispute arising out of or related to any transaction conducted on the Website, or the breach, enforcement, interpretation, or validity of this Agreement or any part of it ("Dispute"), the party asserting the Dispute shall first try in good faith to settle such Dispute by providing written notice to the other party (by registered mail) describing the facts and circumstances (including any relevant documentation) of the Dispute and allowing the receiving party 30 days in which to respond to or settle the Dispute. Notice shall be sent to Hi-BearNation c/o G-G Amalgamated, LLP, 18 N. 4th Street, Suite 711, Minneapolis, MN 55401-1977, USA, or sent to you at your last-used billing address or the billing and/or shipping address in your online profile.

Both you and G-G agree that this dispute resolution procedure is a condition precedent which must be satisfied prior to initiating any litigation or filing any claim against the other party.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Whenever possible, each provision of this Agreement shall be interpreted in such manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall nevertheless remain in full force and effect and the invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid or enforceable provision.

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or G-G Amalgamated, LLP (G-G). You may terminate this Agreement at any time. G-G may also terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Website, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
