Hi-BearNation has set out to make well-designed T-shirts, offered in a wide-range of sizes, while supporting our spotlight charity whenever you make a purchase. We want to offer something a little different.
Why Hi-BearNation?
Late night Internet cruising often left us wanting more design choices. With everything we do we are trying to make this world a little bit better. Our larger friends are
always telling us that they cannot get cute T-shirts in their sizes. Combining all of these situations, we knew we had a problem on our hands that needed to be solved.
Help us change our community—and the world—one T-shirt at a time. Remember, it should be…as fun to put on as it is to take off…

Measure under arms around the fullest part of the chest. Be sure to keep the tape level across the back and comfortably loose while measuring.
waist:
Measure around your natural waist keeping the tape comfortably loose.

We gladly accept major credit cards through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from Hi-BearNation, however if you do have a PayPal account…why not use it, right?
Your credit card will be charged by G-G Amalgamated, LLP.
Clothing is exempt from Minnesota sales and use tax.
If you are located in an area with a local tax, local sales or use tax may be due; it is your responsibility to determine if you must pay local sales or use tax. If you have questions, contact your local Department of Revenue.

returns, exchanges & guarantees
We aim to please and want you to love what you ordered.
- If something is not right, let us know and we will correct the mistake.
- If our product is defective, we will make it right; Hi-BearNation guarantees everything that we sell.
- If you are not satisfied with our product, we will send you another size or an entirely different style.
- If you decide that you do not want the item, we will refund the product price.
Some universal items to remember:
- All items should not have been worn, used, laundered or altered.
- All items should be returned in a sturdy box or mailer; preferably in the original package, when possible.
- Send all shipments pre-paid.
- We recommend that you use a carrier that provides tracking. Hi-BearNation will not be responsible for lost packages.
- Include a copy of the original packing slip.
- Enclose a completed Merchandise Return Form on all Mistakes, Defective Merchandise Returns and all Exchanges. Orders received without this documentation will not be processed.
mistakes & defects
Occasionally, mistakes are made. Let us know the particulars on a Merchandise Return Form within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item and we will correct the problem. Include a copy of the original packing slip.
Defective items must be returned within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item with a completed Merchandise Return Form. Include a copy of the original packing slip. Hi-BearNation will provide you with a replacement product.
exchanges
Exchange items within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item. Ensure a completed Merchandise Return Form is enclosed with the order. Include a copy of the original packing slip.
returns
Unopened merchandise, in the original packaging, will be accepted within ten (10) days of your receipt of the item. The product price will be credited to the account used to make the purchase. Please allow ten (10) business days for the credit to be applied to your account after the return/exchange has been processed. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
